exe optimizer

This is a tool designed to improve morrowind performance and to reduce the frequency of CTDs. It works by disassembling morrowind, searching for vector calculations and recoding them to use to use sse instructions instead of the fpu.

This will run on any PE executable file, but occasionally has been known to break things. It's only been extensively tested on a fully patched copy of bloodmoon.

• Pre-made patches - for people who have difficulty running the real exeopt. Works with a fully patched english copy of bloodmoon only.
